VioSPEEDTM Mucous DNA Extraction System Kit

Viogene® VioSPEEDTM Mucous DNA Extraction System provides a simple and fast method to extract DNA from mucous sample. Without Proteinase K, additional incubation is unnecessary. The MucoEXTM reagent in the MucoReactTM tube digests the biomass, in the meanwhile, it preserves DNA. Via Viogene's column with silica-gel-membrane technology with the simple binding-washing-elution procedure, you can isolate simply DNA without either phenol/chloroform extraction or ethanol precipitation.

 In the MucoReactTM tube, MucoEXTM reagent digests sample of swab and preserves DNA. After HPX buffer is added to sample, DNA mixture will be transferred into Viogene's column with silica-gel-membrane for purification. Via a simple binding-washing-elution procedure, customers can get DNA for the most applications right away.
